Learning Outcomes
The intended learning outcomes are that, on this module, the student should be able to:
- Know stuff about the cloud
- Do cloudy stuff
- be up to speed with cloud basics
- SaaS
- PaaS
- IaaS
- Be exposed to a commercial cloud platform and have some familiarity with how it works
- learn to program a bit
- Learn about data and data management
- Learn about security and compliance
- Understand business stuff around the cloud
Hours
- Teaching sessions: 4 x 2 hrs over 8 weeks. 18.00 - 20.00 Monday - Thursday
- Self study: 16 hrs x 8 weeks in your own time, using materials we provide / point to
