This is where we should describe everything we want the chat bot to be, all the features we want it to have and how for we've gotten to them. Important events concerning the chat bot should also be written down here.This part of the github repository should be written well enough for anyone to able to understand what we have done and what we are planning to do. A good idea is to write it as if you are explaining what you have done to someone who only has basic knowledge of python. Meaning that it should be fairly detailed!
