Beconfident Mobile application designed for users to choose their own fitness activities by selecting several sorts of workouts out of 6 distinct muscle groups including chest, back, legs, shoulders, arms, core.

On top of that, it is crucial to realize that the program gives visual input for the user to visually check each workout and choose the most pleasant ones.
