A social media API utilizing NodeJS, Basic Authentication, JWT Tokens, and RBAC.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

I have had to hard code the protocol for dynamically generated links for resources as the codio environment utilizes HTTPS, but the “ctx.protocol” generates HTTP. This is something that is outside of my control. Therefore, please ensure you always use HTTPS when submitting requests otherwise they get rerouted as GET requests and will not work.

As the frontend was placed on port 3000, I had to move the backend to port 3030.

KNOWN ISSUES

ISSUE	Description	Notes
Deleting a User	Unable to delete a user after they have made a post or comment.	Use "ON DELETE CASCADE", but cannot fix this as MySQL is hating the command and will not let me alter the tables schema to do this
