Entertainment chatbot

1. When running this code, you need to run DiscordBot.py to launch the Discord bot and TwitchBot.py to launch the Twitch bot.
2. Whilst information in the settings.py is technically private (and should technically be hidden), it is only for accounts created for the purpose of this project only and not personal accounts
3. You need to put your own Discord token in the settings.py file and change the Twitch bot username and oauth token to your own.
4. The following packages are required to run the bots: oauth2client, discord
