DATAINFO - Electronics Lab Resources

This repository was created by the technical staff from the EEC Faculty of Coventry University to provide staff and students with a convenient method of obtaining and viewing reference materials, such as example code, free e-books, published articles, schematics and many other electrical-electronics engineering, PCB and circuit design and other related fields.

  • 3D Printing - Contains 3D models of objects that have been printed with the available lab 3D printers

  • Datasheets - Contains a collection of datasheets for most of the devices and apparatus available in the electronics facilities at Coventry University

  • EELR - Provides instruction on how to interact with our team regarding Disertation / Final Year projects, booking of spaces and loaning of devices and equipment

  • Electronics Museum - under construction

  • Example Code - Contains ready made examples on how to perfrom various tasks using software or using software to control hardware devices

  • Guides & Teaching material - This folder contains old lecture notes and tutorials developed by lecturers which are still relevant but are no longer used by active teachers within the University. The main focus is Embedded Systems Design

  • Lab Equipment Service Manuals - The user guide and manufaturer's manual of most commonly used lab equipment and devices can be found in this folder

  • Open Source Projects - Contains projects of various nature and purposes that are free to download, modify and replicate

  • PCB & Circuit Designs - Contains various PCB related project files and circuits

  • Pictures - Contains various pictures of various devices and modules

  • Reference Reading Materials - Contains e-books, application notes, guides, tutorials, lectures, published articles and many other matirals which have been downloaded from the internet (external to the University)

  • Soldering - In this folder the users can find materials related to both manual and automated soldering practices. The folder also contains the technical specifications and capabilities of the milling and re-flow oven machines available on Campus.

  • Useful Links - This folder contains a list of web links which can be useful to every electronics engineer
