Please skills test and interview students prior to accepting them.
It’s up to you whether you select the first student who applies but if not, you should provide to all applicants a cut-off date that you promise to complete your selection process by.
If you have not done a skills test previously, you need to ask for help from someone who has.
Please let James know when you have selected a student for your project.
