Setup:
I have recieved a help from my lecturer on the programming tools I need to setup the right website application.
Their is a siginng process that has to be made in order to accomplish the fully setup that needs to be done if not it will not work.
Otherwise you might as well give up. The instrcution below will be a guide to let users nknow what they are up against in the web developement application stage.
