Submission Guidelines

The project proposal is an individually assessed piece of work, meaning that students cannot collaborate or discuss their report with other students.

You are required to submit your work using the TurnItIn platform on Aula. You will be submitting a Microsoft Word document (docx) or a Portable Document Framework file (pdf). Template are provided for you to structure your project proposal in the correct format. You can access the templates at the following GitHub repositories:

Project Report (20 Credits)

The learning outcomes that are assessed from the phase test are the following:

  1. Conduct a substantial piece of primary research work (including, but not limited to, an application development, a model or simulation, a business case, or observational or interactional method) in order to address the initial research question.
  2. Conduct such secondary research as to establish the context, need, scope and audience for the project.
  3. Reflect and account for the management of the project, showing consideration for the social, legal, professional and ethical dimensions of the work undertaken.
  4. Present findings of the research in the form of a project report, utilising appropriate academic methods of reporting and citation.
