Chatbot doesn't recognise the user's name as their name if they respond to opening question with one word.

Current response example:
Chatbot: What's your name?
User: John
Chatbot Sorry I don't understand that

Added 2 lines to check for another greeting in the first line and remove the extra greeting with a pop
