A Rock Paper Scissors demo for 4003CEM

This is a demonstration of using the build automation service, CMAKE, as part of the advanced task for Week 3 of 4003CEM. The task was to make a simple Rock Paper Scissors demo with the added benefit of compiling independantly regardless of the architecure.
